About you:


We are looking for a Senior Technical Content Creator. Someone who can support the planning, design, and delivery of simple, polished, and engaging content.


If you like working with stakeholders and think you have what it takes to bring complex legislation like the Holidays Act and multi-faceted employment relationship topics to life for diverse audiences, this could be the role for you.


You will use your relationship management expertise and experience to develop effective long-term partnerships with senior public & private sector stakeholders to improve our content and in turn improve their systems and approaches to employment practices.

Skills and Experience 

  • an interest in fair workplaces
  • a background in journalism, communications, or a relevant technical field with at least 3 years’ experience
  • proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
  • the ability to communicate technical information accurately and clearly so that it is well understood by a range of audiences from lay to technical specialists.
