Tēnei tūranga - About the Role:

 


We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Analyst with our P&C Systems team. 

 
In this role you will assist with the delivery of enhancements and releases to new and existing P&C products and contribute to the testing and change management processes ensuring that all P&C products are thoroughly tested and fit for the production environment. You will investigate faults and identify fixes. You will help keep our documentation up to date so we can track what changes have been made to our products.

 
You will bring to this role strong relationship management skills with the ability to apply good judgement to highlight risks and issues and ensure thorough delivery of new and existing P&C products.  You will have a collaborative approach with the ability to work well within a busy team environment, sharing your knowledge and embracing new ideas and ways of doing things to contribute to the success of the team and wider P&C branch. Curiosity, a logical approach, and the ability to research are important skills for this role.

If you have a background in System Administration and are interested in a role where you can use your current knowledge while developing a technical understanding of a range of HRIS systems, we would be interested to hear from you.  

 

Further to this you will have:

  • Solid understanding of the capability of the D365 platform
  • Experience configuring and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred
  • Relevant certifications in D365 are advantageous
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors products are advantageous
  • Solid system testing knowledge – SIT/PPT/UAT
  • Ability to identify risks effectively and consistently
  • Ability to analyse and communicate issues and understand analysis and advice produced by others
  • Sound customer service focus with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility to influence and negotiate at all levels
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have legal right to live and work in NZ.
