About the role:

Service Transformation spans the Strategy, Business Intelligence, Insights and Business Systems functions of Te Whakatairanga – Service Delivery (TWSD). We support each other, celebrate success and as the team administrator you form an integral part of the team.  


In this role you will:


  • Take ownership of TWSD Change Initiatives reporting and data quality
  • Work with the team to coordinate Investment Planning
  • Provide contract administration and enter purchase order transactions
  • Onboard new team members
  • Assist the team with organising workshops and meetings
  • Based in our Stout Street office, flexible working arrangements are available to suit working parents, or those who may want flexible hours.

Skills and experience required:


  • Proven experience in being an Administrator or similar roles
  • Intermediate level MS Office Skills
  • Ability to learn a range of different systems and processes
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proactive working style and strong initiative
  • Must have legal right to live and work in NZ
