Tēnei tūranga - About the Role:
We have an opportunity for a Product Owner to join our Product Management team. In this role you will lead a small team of Product Analysts and Senior Product Analysts within a portfolio of P&C Systems Products, namely SAP Success Factors (SF).
You will be responsible for maximising the value of the P&C SF suite (EC, ECP, PGGM, REC, ONBOARDING) by creating and managing the product user stories & backlog. You will also look at areas for product development and be responsible for the creation of backlog items prioritising them based on the overall strategy and business objectives specifically in the employee central payroll module.
The Product Owner maps out product dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of change in line with the release dates of P&C products. Working closely with the other Product Owners, you will create and maintain a product backlog according to business needs and lead the planning of the product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities. You will provide an active role in mitigating any risks or issues impacting successful completion of product releases.
You will bring to this role excellent relationship management skills with the ability to apply good judgement to highlight risks and issues and ensure changes are in line with promoting best practice. You will share your knowledge, embrace new ideas and ways of doing things to contribute to the success of the team and wider P&C branch.
