Tēnei tūranga - About the Role:
We are seeking a Manager to join the Online Services team in the Future Services branch.
The Manager leads and manages a team of Senior Business Analysts responsible for a range of functions across the Our Future Services Programme and the Policy Work Programme.
The team is responsible for the design and development of options and solutions for INZ’s online systems across policy changes and immigration instructions; for product migration and optimisation; for business problems and opportunities and for enhancing core processes that will improve the customer and employee experience.

- Experience and capability to lead and manage a team of staff working with large and complex system/online services change.
- A proven track record of leading the design and delivery of effective implementation of online business services across complex organisational systems and operating models.
- Extensive knowledge of immigration operations and procedures.
- Strong ability to coach and mentor others by sharing their own experience and helping to challenge thinking
- Understanding of how work programmes are implemented and delivered.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining an environment focused on continuous improvement to enhance organisational performance.
- Ability to quickly identify, establish and build strong working relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop trust and credibility with managers and staff.
