Are you a people person with a passion for creating welcoming, professional environments? We’re looking for two Front Desk Coordinators at our new Wellington All of Government office.
In this key role, you’ll provide high-quality, customer-focused support that ensures a smooth and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You’ll be the go-to person for front desk operations, general administration, and access coordination—helping to keep our workplace running seamlessly.
What you’ll be doing:
• Delivering professional and friendly reception services.
• Greeting and assisting visitors, staff, and clients with warmth and efficiency.
• Managing general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Coordinating security access and visitor management systems.
• Providing helpful information and support to internal and external stakeholders.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams); experience with SharePoint or similar systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and professional demeanour.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
• Flexibility to work in alternative buildings when required.
