Are you a proactive, solutions-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for three Facilities and Workplace Coordinators to play a key role in ensuring our Wellington All of Government sites operate seamlessly and efficiently.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the face of our facilities and workplace team—providing high-quality, professional, and customer-centric support to staff, visitors, and stakeholders. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and your ability to stay organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure will be highly valued.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading front-of-house and reception operations when required.
• Coordinating day-to-day facilities services, including building maintenance and security access.
• Managing service requests through our Facilities Management app.
• Overseeing administrative and operational support functions.
• Building strong, service-driven relationships with internal teams and external vendors.

• Experience in a high-performing customer service or operational support role.
• Proven background in facilities coordination and/or business administration.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgement.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
• Sound written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in managing competing priorities and working under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams); SharePoint experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with facilities management systems and digital workflows.
• Sound time management and workload prioritisation skills.
• Availability to work on-call and across other sites as needed.
