We're looking for a proactive and confident Coordinator to join the Office of the Deputy Secretary in Corporate and Digital Shared Services. This is a varied and dynamic role that provides critical support across the group, helping to coordinate governance, planning, reporting and administrative activities that enable effective decision making and business operations.

 

This role would suit someone who enjoys juggling competing priorities, building strong working relationships, and taking ownership of their work. You'll be comfortable working independently, using your initiative, and confidently engaging with people at all levels of the organisation.

 

You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team working closely with senior leaders across Corporate and Digital Shared Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of business functions, contribute to strategic work, and further develop your coordination and organisational skills in a high-performing environment.

You will bring proven coordination or administration experience in a busy environment and be known for your ability to stay calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure.

 

We're particularly interested in someone who:

 

  • Is highly competent with technology and confidently uses Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
