Accommodation and Insurance supports New Zealanders who have been affected by a natural disaster. The service is made up of two complimentary services the Temporary Accommodation Service (TAS) and the New Zealand Claims Resolution Service (NZCRS). These services provide emergency temporary accommodation when people are not able to return to their properties and specialised insurance support and advice to help homeowners receive fair, timely and enduring insurance settlements.
Tēnei tūranga - About the Role:
The Temporary Accommodation Service (TAS) and New Zealand Claims Resolution Service (NZCRS) is seeking a proactive and organised Contracts Advisor to join our team.
In this vital role, you'll be the backbone of our contract management, ensuring performance, compliance, and seamless stakeholder relationships. You'll support the Commercial Manager and leadership team by managing the entire contract lifecycle, from inception to close, while providing crucial administrative and financial support.

- Experience in contracts, invoicing, logistics, planning, or coordination.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Finance experience – forecasting and tracking costs
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- A track record of following policies and processes.
