About the Role - Tēnei tūranga:

 

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Operations Support professional to join our Business Systems and Operations team and play a key role in supporting and improving how our wider team operates.

 

This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the day-to-day operations of Building System Delivery and Assurance (BSDA). You'll work across business support, systems administration, reporting coordination, onboarding, team engagement, and process improvement activities that help keep our group running smoothly.

 

Working closely with colleagues across BSDA, you'll help foster a positive and connected team culture, support people to get the most from our systems and tools, and contribute to initiatives that improve how we work.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience across business operations, systems, and continuous improvement. Skills and Experience Required
 

  • Experience working within a business support, coordination, or operations environment.
  • Strong ICT skills and confidence in learning and adopting new systems quickly.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach, balancing initiative with knowing when to seek support.
  • Demonstrated initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the implementation of new processes, systems, or ways of working.
  • Sound judgement, professionalism, and discretion.
  • An understanding of privacy and information management principles and best practice.
  • A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn, develop, and act on feedback.
  • The legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
