We’re looking for a someone to join our team as an Advisor Regulatory Practice within the Resource Markets branch.

 

This role is about making regulatory change work in practice. You’ll take new or changing policy, legislation, and operational processes and turn them into clear guidance, system information, or practical tools.

 

You’ll work closely with policy, operational, and technical teams to help regulated parties understand what’s required and comply more easily.

 

Regulatory Practice works across the branch to shape how regulatory information is delivered through channels such as websites, system content, and communications, and how people experience the regulatory system in practice.

 

This is a varied role where you’ll plan and deliver communications, support implementation of changes, and contribute to improving how the system works.

 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Translating policy, legislation, and operational requirements into clear, practical guidance
  • Maintaining and improving regulatory channels to ensure information is accessible and consistent
  • Supporting implementation of policy and process changes with clear, timely, and coordinated communications
  • Designing and delivering targeted improvements using content, channels, and engagement
  • Using data and insights to identify system pressure points and prioritise improvements

You might have a background in communications, channel or content management, service design, customer experience or something else.
