Tēnei tūranga - About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and experienced Advisor. Someone who can work closely with senior leaders, is relatable, and able to build strong relationships across the business unit.
You will work collaboratively with both operational and back-office teams to support improvement initiatives.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Writing briefings or reports for Ministers – ensuring that relevant information is presented clearly and accurately.
- Supporting Ministerial Services work, including requests under the Official Information Act (OIA), correspondence and Written Parliamentary Questions (WPQs) – ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely, and consistent advice and correspondence.
- Supporting process management – the development of and implementation of operational processes.
- Undertaking consultation with a variety of stakeholders – across government, the private sector, and the public.
- Must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
