This position supports planning and performance reporting, advice and support across the Finance and Performance Group (F&P) and MBIE as a whole.

 

In this role you will enjoy a high level of autonomy to influence, build relationships and drive an integrated planning and performance reporting cycle across the Ministry.

 

Support the production of key accountability documents for the Ministry. Work with the Planning and Performance team to ensuring quality and consistency of advice and practices and to lift performance and drive new and innovative ways of thinking across the branch, Finance and Performance and wider MBIE.

About the branch

 

The Enterprise Planning, Performance and Reporting branch, which sits within Finance and Performance is responsible for planning MBIE wide processes and establishing organisational frameworks. The branch presents an enterprise view to our Senior Leadership Team, including but not limited to monthly internal and external reporting, internal and external budgets and forecasts, investment planning, external budget bids, external audit, MBIE Annual Report production, strategic plans and project transformation.
