Tēnei tūranga - About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed term role for an Assurance Administrator reporting to the Manager Compliance and Assurance within Te Whakatairanga Service Delivery.
This role will be supporting logistical planning of technical performance and specialist reviews of Territorial Authorities and Building Consents throughout New Zealand and management of this data. Along with managing the maintenance of the earthquake prone building register, as well as monitoring several inboxes which are the responsibility of the Compliance and Assurance team.
This is a challenging role where attention to detail is paramount.

Skills and Experience Required
- Experience managing administrative processes
- Experience with legal or regulatory processes and systems
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively, to ensure high quality results within deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in a client facing role
- Must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand
