We are looking to backfill our Support Officer team! Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Be part of a fast paced and dynamic team.
We are seeking exceptional Support Officers to join our amazing team. As a Support Officer, you will apply your strong administrative and client service abilities. You will use the information available to you and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to deliver a positive influence and benefit our people and communities in Aotearoa.
As a Support Officer, you will support our Privacy Officers with administrative and operational support services in accordance with organisational needs. Your day will consist of a variety of tasks such as data entry, lodging requests for information, communicating with our stakeholders, and answering general queries.

Skills and Experience Required
To be successful in this position you will be:
- Customer focussed and oriented
- Have an ability to work effectively in a team environment and to prioritise work to achieve team and branch outcomes.
- Effective data entry skills
- An ability to learn and navigate new technology
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to make a positive difference and continuous process improvements.
- Comfortable with the use of technology especially within the MS Office applications
- A strong moral compass and be known to act with integrity in all day-to-day activities.
