Tēnei tūranga - About the Role:

 

The Senior Advisor Workforce supports programme delivery by providing high-quality, consistent advice across the workstream and delivering expert business insights to inform robust decisions on the strategic direction, development and improvement of INZ’s future services. The role plays a key part in leading discrete pieces of work within a multidisciplinary team, while also supporting workstream planning and reporting to ensure milestones are met. 


Leveraging strong expertise in business process analysis, you will lead and contribute to the documentation, evaluation, and optimisation of current and future state processes, translating detailed process insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform operating model and service design.

To succeed, you will bring: 

 

  • Significant experience analysing and improving business processes within complex operational environments, 
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to assess impacts and support robust, evidence-based decision-making 
  • The ability to build trusted relationships and apply a cross-organisational view of expertise to influence outcomes and support the successful delivery of future services
  • Demonstrated experience translating insights into clear, practical recommendations 
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute to cross-organisational thinking and outcomes 
  • Experience supporting programme delivery, including planning and reporting
  • You must be a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident.
