About you:

 

We are looking for a Principal Technical Content Creator. Someone who can help us demystify employment legislation and shed light on what good and productive working relationships look like.

 

If you like working with diverse groups of stakeholders and think you have what it takes to translate complex legislation like the Holidays Act and multi-faceted employment relationship topics into simple, polished, and engaging content then this could be the role for you.

 

You will use your relationship management expertise and experience to develop effective long-term partnerships with senior public & private sector stakeholders to improve our content and in turn improve their systems and approaches to employment practices.

Skills and Experience:
 

  • an interest in fair workplaces
  • a background in journalism, communications, or a relevant technical field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders from across the world of work
  • a proven ability to develop innovative and people centric guidance, products and tools to communicate complex matters to people of all works of life.

This role sits in the Employment System Guidance & Engagement team within Employment NZ.
