Tēnei tūranga - About the Role:


The Personal Assistant/Team Administrator role is responsible for providing efficient and effective support services to the Head of the Kiritaki Centricity and Innovation and the wider team.


Our mahi is underpinned by Te Whāinga Amorangi – Transformational Leadership, which supports MBIE to be able to build strong partnerships with Māori to ensure that Te Ao Māori is reflected in the customer-centric delivery approach. The work will also be guided by MBIE’s customer promise (‘Our Promise’) of Simple, Safe, Certain and aligns with Te Ara Amiorangi, Our Path, Our Direction – MBIE’s organisational strategy.
