About the role:

The MBIE Service Centre provides Contact Centre services to multiple business units within MBIE as well as some external Government Agencies. The role of the Team Leader is to motivate, inspire and develop a high performing team within the Service Centre. The Team Leader supports their team as they assist clients to meet their statutory obligations and make use of the services of MBIE and the wider Government. 

Our team is the interface for customer interaction with MBIE, and we employ people who put our customers' needs front and centre of their work. The ideal candidate for this role will lead and inspire their team to deliver best practice, customer focused service. 

We have a 12-month fixed term Team Leader position available in our Service Delivery Service Centre area and up to two positions available in our Immigration Contact Centre area. Refer to the attached position descriptions. This is an exciting time for us as we grow our Christchurch Operation to deliver on the needs of the public and a great opportunity for the right people to help establish brand new high performing teams.
